We're heading south to the city and we came across this orange pickup. The guys work for the department in charge of public roads. It's so absurd to see how those laborers are ferried to their assignment together with their equipment and some spare sand, cement and stones. I truly wish for the day when something as unsafe as this won't be the norm anymore.
